Who are you
As a Software Tester, you are responsible for writing, reviewing, and executing manual and automated test plans and test cases. You will take the lead on all matters related to software quality and contribute to having the shortest possible feedback loops for developers using various tools.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Mobile Testing: You should have deep expertise in testing iPad applications, understanding the specific functionalities and constraints of the iOS platform.
- Web Testing Expertise: You must have experience in testing web applications, particularly for B2B stores, across multiple browsers to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
- Automation Skills: Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks appropriate for both iPad and web environments, such as Appium/XCUI for iOS and Selenium for web, is crucial.
- Understanding of UX/UI Principles: You need the capability to evaluate and test user interfaces for our iPad application and web stores for intuitiveness and functionality, ensuring a positive user experience across platforms.
The challenge
We are looking for a tester who takes a holistic approach. The ideal candidate will understand the impact of changes in backend settings or data across different touch points within both our iPad-only application and our Web B2B stores. Your goal should be to aid in the development of a testing platform that supports end-to-end testing and facilitates the rapid identification of regressions in both environments.
