Founded in 1886, Triumph is a leading global lingerie and bodywear brand known for its dedication to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. With a history of over a century, Triumph has continuously adapted to changing market trends and customer needs, evolving from a small corset factory in Germany to a globally recognized brand. As digitalization became increasingly important in the fashion industry, Triumph recognized the need to modernize its B2B sales processes to stay ahead in a competitive market. In 2017, they sought a reliable partner to help streamline their order management, enhance customer experiences, and support their global operations with a future-proof digital solution. This led to the beginning of their successful partnership with Colect.

When Triumph partnered with Colect, they aimed to transition from physical printed sell books and manual pre-order processes to a more streamlined and efficient digital system. The goals were clear: simplify the order process, make it consistent and structured, and equip the sales team with advanced tools that would enhance efficiency and provide flexibility. Colect provided Triumph with the Sales App and Brand Portal (B2B webshop), and later, the Digital Showroom. These tools not only digitized the order-taking process but also enabled Triumph’s sales team to present high-quality images and videos to clients, even in offline settings—an essential feature for meetings in locations with limited internet access.

The implementation started as a pilot in the Benelux region and quickly expanded across Europe and beyond, proving the scalability and adaptability of Colect’s solutions. Triumph appreciated Colect's ability to cater to specific regional needs while maintaining a unified and efficient global process. The continuous optimization of the platform ensured that Triumph's business rules—such as specific pricing, discounts, and geographical assortments—were successfully met.

Global Expansion and A New Era of Digital Selling

The partnership with Colect has driven significant improvements in Triumph’s B2B operations. Since implementing Colect's digital tools, Triumph has streamlined its order process, reducing manual work and cutting sample costs by a substantial margin. The introduction of the Brand Portal and Digital Showroom has also enabled 24/7 reordering, leading to a notable increase in orders placed through the B2B portal.

Triumph’s Business Transformation Project, “Active & Smart Selling,” further exemplifies the success of its digital journey. The project led to the launch of the new version of the Brand Portal that offers a user-friendly interface, enhanced digital marketing capabilities, and seamless reordering. As a result, a significant portion of Triumph’s orders are now placed through the B2B webshop, proving that customers value the convenience and efficiency of the digital experience. Overall, Colect’s solutions have empowered Triumph to achieve significant operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and enhanced global consistency, reinforcing its position as a leader in the fashion industry.
